Scheduled Maintenance Program

Our scheduled maintenance program is designed to keep our customers computer hardware running, and do our best to help avoid costly downtime, repairs or catastrophic data loss.

The end user costs associated with downtime and repairs due to improperly maintained computer hardware (including seized system fans, overheating components, hard drive failure, print head failure etc...) can reach hundreds and, in extreme cases, thousands of dollars to your company. These costs include employee downtime, replacement of expensive system components and data-recovery/reentry costs all due to un-maintained component failure.
What we have designed is a scheduled friendly reminder program to help keep your products properly maintained and regularly tested.

 

 MAINTENANCE

Regular Sceduled Maintenance

Some of our services include:
  1. Test, clean or replace critical system cooling fans (printer/computer)
  2. Use of software diagnostics tools to test your system components ( RAM, video, etc.)
  3. Perform manufacturer recommended cleaning, lubrication and maintenance to your printing system hardware.
  4. Test your disaster recovery/backup system to ensure you are protected.
  5. Perform regular software updates: Virus scanning updates, Security patches, Windows updates, etc..

We can customize your maintenance program for any or all of the above services.

Everyone works in a different environment. Some of our clients require their maintenance scheduled every 3 months, while others are able to use a 6 or 12 month rotation. Depending on your environment we can generally make a recommendation after the first visit and reassess your needs as required. We customize our scheduling to fit your business needs for your best value and still keep your systems maintained and running smoothly.

Our rate for onsite service is $90.00 per hour plus necessary parts.
You can also take advantage of our block time purchasing at $70.00 per hour (minimum 8 hour block) which can be used over time to save on labour and accounting costs.
Approximate time per system is 25-45 minutes depending on work requested.
Time will vary on each job-site.
